Returns Policy for Inspired Lane

At Inspired Lane, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns policy to ensure your peace of mind.

1. Returns Eligibility:
•    Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
•    Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

2. Initiating a Return:
•    To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at info@inspiredlane.com.au within the specified return period.
•    Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on the return process.

3. Returning Items:
•    Pack the items securely, including the RA number, and include the original packing slip.
•    You can return the items via Australia Post at any of the 20,000 drop-off locations nationwide, including Post Offices, free 24/7 Parcel Lockers, and Street Posting Boxes.

4. Return Shipping:
•    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
•    We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.

5. Refunds:

•    Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

•    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 10 working days to reflect in your account.

6. Exchanges:
•    Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:
•    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer care team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
